You have the possibility to return the item(s) and cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received your order. Send us an email with your order number and information about the item(s) you wish to return.

Your shipping costs will not be refunded and the shipping cost on the original order will not be refunded. Return parcels that have not been picked up at pick-up points will be handled as a return parcel - the original shipping cost and the return cost will not be refunded.

Please note that all products must be returned in the same condition as when they were purchased. Any used, broken product packaging (including stickers), damaged goods, or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are in the same condition as when purchased.
